DESCRIPTION: Procon Builders is bringing DMR's design to life by providing general construction contracting services for this custom home in the gated community of Bell Canyon. The private community is one of a kind, boasting over 15 miles of hiking and nature trail, a waterfall, equestrian center, park, community center, gym, and 24-hour guarded gate.

The team's capabilities utilized on this project range from land acquisition to civil, structural, and architectural design, grading, construction of over 100' of continuous retaining wall, an impact wall, an infinity edge swimming pool, foundation and slab, and framing. This 2-story home takes advantage of the beautiful scenery of the community with 360 degree views, 2 upstairs balconies, and almost 1000 sf of covered outdoor living.



Slope Repair on Pacific Coast Highway

LOCATION: Malibu, CAlifornia



DESCRIPTION: Procon is providing construction contracting services for Caltrans for this project on pacific coast highway in Malibu, California. The scope of this hillside job is to repair the slope that has sloughed and eroded, as well as reconstruct and repair a broken portion of the existing 8' wide concrete swale.

Procon “winterized” the project to mitigate erosion during the winter season. This additional work phase involved installation of over 50,000 SF of jute net and gravel bags.
